Northern Illinois Fire Museum president Roger Dreher shows a hand-powered, horse-drawn 1856 Hunneman Pumper that is part of the museum's collection. The pumper, formerly owned by the Harvard Fire Department, was used in the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.
