Angelica Gonzalez is overcome with emotion during Thursday's prayer vigil for her cousin Anthony Van-Jackson IV near the corner of Spring and Union Streets in Aurora. Van-Jackson was shot and killed on Sept. 10, his 19th birthday, while riding in the back seat of an SUV.
