U.S. Rep. Dennis Hastert takes a few minutes to put some finishing touches on his speech Friday before announcing that he would not seek a 12 term at the old Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville. Hastert served 21 years in Congress and was the longest-serving Republican House speaker in history.
